Woman is giving birth in a locked basement and a family is getting their kids taken away. The wan gives birth to a boy and the captor takes the baby away and leaves it on the steps of a church where some homeless people find them.
Liv’s brother Simon is the guy who’s kids got taken away and he approached Liv at the bull pen.
Amanda offers to cover for Olivia while she deals with her brother.
Brother has a common story about things getting out of hand and leading to his kids getting taken for what’s probably blown out of proportion.

Things so far barely involve Amanda. The defense for her brother is going forward as they are showing off that his kids got taken away because of racial bias for her judgement.
So baby doe has a half brother that might have met his mom in central park.
They found the mom of the baby and she knows who these bad people are.
They follow the trail and find “mommy”
They find the missing girl and Amanda is here. The missing girl has a daughter with her.
The super of the building is “daddy”. A chase up the fire escape ensues.
Episode was 90% Liv and her brother, not the focus of my examination. I might need to skip to after Amarrio’s story arc.
