Teenage daughter(victim)’s teenage boyfriend shows up to the scene of the shooting.

As they tell him his boo is at the hospital – he turns to tell his dad that this is all his fault.

After intro: boyfriend says dad told Emily she couldn’t come over to study so that’s why son thinks he is responsible.

Boyfriend Dad seems like he’s Uber Christian and antiteen sex/ the girlfriend’s dad being in support of gay marriage.

Girlfriend victims mom is saying daughter was afraid of someone stalking her. Mom of victim – scratch that- this is mom’s girlfriend – feels like all of this is her fault.

Some cop is whining about his stats. SVU cops look for cops who wrote a report but they were bookies guys and got fired. So both angles being pursued.

Mom who got shot has some interesting criminal connections via family and an angry maid.

Ah one of the actresses from orange is the new black is here as the maid. She’s a foundational character for orange is the new black.

So now we pop over to criminal brother doing a sermon as he’s turned to God. He’s praying for the teenage girl victim. Tiny little church in an empty store front.

Criminal brother- telling stories about teens dad telling her to go down the block when he was too drunk to place his bets.

Asshole bookie is a bad dude and he is a bad loan shark to be dealing with.

Weird interaction between Amanda and the bad bookie in the bullpen.

Now Rollins is getting fucked up at a gas station. She’s supposed to be in deep with the “wrong guys” and they threaten her to not go to her captain.

Hummm interesting plot development for Detective Rollins.

She meets her partner Fin at the bar and he automatically knows what’s the problem is.

Fin is the best. he is concerned with Amanda’s well being and is going to help her deal with this problem by doing the right thing.

Fin gets the guy for trying to run with a gut punch. Gets told to be chill and they are taking down the guys who lead the bookie ring.

Soooo now we are back to Amanda having to admit she fucked up and the bookies being out there.

The plot thickens. Emmy has genial herpes. Her boyfriend has his “poke- E- mon” cards according to his dad.

Dad is probably raping his daughter.

Amanda comes to her captain to tell him about her bookie, but the captain already knows from the bookie.

Amanda says she hasn’t done anything worse and is coming clean. Her and the captain bond over addictions. It’s good. Very relatable.

Now confirmed daughter and father had the same strain of genial herpes.

I’m wondering if this is gonna go the way of the one girl who was being abused by her mother that convinced her boyfriend to murder her mother.

Interesting. We will see how this goes.

Liv is doing a good job of reassuring the victim it’s not her fault.

Victim blaming herself and feeling disgusting for having the abuse happening to her.

Carmen, the house keeper getting fired meant our victim being abused by her father. Carmen is back and is being interviewed about protecting Emmy.

So the bullet that hit Emmy went through her mom first so she wasn’t intentionally shot. The maids criminal brother is on the hot seat and they lie to him saying Emmy is dead. So he starts to pray under his breath. Amario pushes for criminal bro to confess his sins as a fellow believer. They speak in Spanish for a moment.
