Time: Approximately between 2-8pm

More specific timing details will be available when invitations are formalized.

Attire: Formal or semiformal. Dresses and suits appropriate for outdoors. Natural ground will be underfoot, please consider close toed shoes and block heels. Colorado is expecting a super El Nino this year. Last El Nino in 2024, the first week of October saw temperatures from 70s to 90 degrees one day and down to mid 50s in the late night. Coldest temperatures seem to be in the 60s.

Please consider layers and options for yourselves. The venue area is surrounded by trees, and should be reasonably shaded. Rain is not expected, but should it be we have back up plans.

Each group of guests will be offered an opportunity to have a professional portrait taken by our photographer as a wedding momento prior to dinner. The digital images will be shared with each group when it becomes available. We hope this makes the effort of getting dressed up extra rewarding for everyone!

We are not providing a hotel room block as many guests are extending their stays to enjoy the local area. This La Quinta is quite close to the venue, but there are many lodging locations in the greater Loveland area as well.

This will likely be the only site that houses information about our wedding. Traditional sites collect user information and sell it. We are very happy to keep this between our wonderful friends and family only.
